Detects spam sent via (public) channel message or notice and punishes the spammer.

Download spamdetector.tcl to your Racbot scripts directory.
Open spamdetector.tcl in a text editor and edit the configuration options at the top of the file.
Add the following line to your Racbot configuration:

source scripts/spamdetector.tcl
